Anonymous Reporting Option
Where available, employees may use anonymous reporting channels
to report incidents without revealing their identity. Anonymous
reporting encourages individuals to come forward and helps
organizations identify concerns that might otherwise go unreported.
Immediate Reporting
Employees should report incidents of harassment or violence as soon
as possible after they occur. Prompt reporting helps ensure that
concerns are addressed quickly, evidence is preserved, and the risk
of further incidents is minimized.
Documentation of Incidents
Employees are encouraged to document details of incidents,
including dates, times, locations, individuals involved,
witnesses, and any relevant communications. Accurate records
support a fair and thorough investigation process.
Assurance of Non-Retaliation
The organization strictly prohibits retaliation against any
individual who makes a good-faith report of harassment or violence,
participates in an investigation, or supports another employee’s
complaint. Retaliation may result in disciplinary action.
By establishing clear reporting procedures and fostering a culture
of openness, confidentiality, and accountability, organizations
create a safer workplace where employees feel empowered to report
concerns without fear.
